Create a free account, top up your wallet, choose a platform and what you need (followers, likes, views or comments), paste your username or link, and place the order. Delivery starts automatically and you can watch progress live on the order page.

Top up via bank transfer or mobile money, then submit the amount and your payment reference on the Add Funds page. Deposits are reviewed and credited to your wallet, usually within a few hours.

It depends on the service — every service shows its speed before you order (e.g. “Instant · ~100K/day” or “~2K/day”). When you enter a quantity, we show you an estimate of how many days delivery will take. Economy services are cheaper but slower; Fast, Premium and VIP services usually start within minutes.

Platforms periodically remove accounts, which can cause drops. If you bought a service marked “Refill Guarantee”, open the order and press “Request refill” — the missing amount is re-delivered free. Services without refill are sold as-is.

Already back in your wallet. Failed orders are refunded automatically within seconds, and partially delivered orders are refunded pro-rata for the undelivered part. Check your wallet history to see every entry.

We never ask for your password — only a public username or link. However, buying engagement may violate the target platform's terms and carries risk (drops, restrictions). Use it at your own discretion; see our Terms of Service.

Prices and balances are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh) by default, or USD. You can switch your account currency once in Settings; after that, support can change it for you.

Yes — the Transfer page moves balance instantly between VumaPro accounts. If you have 2FA enabled, transfers require your authenticator code.
